Campervan and Caravan Dealer

Bought a new finch in April. Weren't able to use it until Christmas. Then again in January. Discovered the 12volt fridge didn't work and tried to arrange a service appointment to check the issue. Service department laughed at me and said July at the earliest. I said that was unacceptable as the vehicle was useless without a fridge. I was told to ring around their (Jayco) service agents. All said no. No warranty work until July at the earliest and one said just no". This is my 3rd can and unfortunately service is the same no matter the dealer. Rubbish product

From our first meeting to discuss our needs with Shand ! Whom I beyond highly re commend ! His care , knowledge and total honesty was outstanding ! Not at all a pushy salesman , just dead straight honesty born out of what the customer wants and how to work with that , rather than other salesman that deal differently!Then onto our delivery with Tony , who was a powerhouse of knowledge and a top guy to have on a handover ! In essence his anecdotal way of explaining the new van we’re engaging for both Karen and I ! He really took time to make sure we knew not just the how ! But also the why ! In addition to that he encouraged us both to be involved !I cannot fault anything in our dealings with LRV !Lastly , Thankyou Ash for knowing when I rang you at the show ! Just purchased a Thetford replacement toilet kit for our caravan Had exactly what we were after and at a good price. Have been looking for this item for awhile while travelling.

I just want to thank Premier Avan for going out of its way to provide an incredible 5 star customer service experience when I brought my 499 bunk in for repair and service. Every interaction with every staff member was extremely positive, from admin, sales and service manager and personnel. Our van was repaired exactly as described in a quality manner that one would wish for for their pride and joy, I rang up several times to add more small jobs to the list as I remembered them and i felt important and appreciated. The extras were priced reasonably and even when i was cautious about a potential hazardous gas / water power switch they upgraded and repaired it on the house for me as a thank you for choosing them. The service manager even made a video and email to describe how to use a part of the van I was not familiar with.All in all an incredible experience and I highly recommend Premier Avan and will be certainly returning for future services, parts and repairs.Thank you very much

Enthusiastic service when we bought a used Eureka camper, lots of helpful service & advice, adding an ensuite etc.Camper tows like a dream, is really easy and quick to set up for overnight stops. The huge full annex performed well in a week of bad weather & 80km winds in Lucky Bay!Very happy campers!!
