We rented a campervan from Freedom Campers for 4 weeks and it was the best decision we could have made. The camper was absolutely great, well equipped and the cheapest one we could find. Communication with Dan was so uncomplicated and easy. It is a family run business and absolutely worth supporting. So, many thanks to Dan and Freedom Campers. Wow! I commissioned Dan and his crew to refurbish one of Freedom Campers’ vans (a fantastic 4WD Toyota HiAce). Dan has been exceptional in every aspect throughout the process - extremely transparent, helpful, honest, engaging, responsive to my requirements and providing regular updates. Dan and his crew produced a stunning product - the outcome is gobsmacking in terms of its finishings (internal and external), design, practicality and general look. Dan at Freedom Campers is the best. If you're looking for a road-ready converted camper van at a reasonable price you need to get in touch with him. We've just bought a Ford econovan fully camp ready. Couldn't be happier. Van is mechanically checked, serviced and comes complete with bed, solar panel, water pump, sink, cupboards and even table, chairs, crockery and gas cooker. We had a great experience buying our 4wd at freedom campers. Dan helped us to customize it and then we were good to go. As with all second hand cars, there can be unforeseen circumstances, and in our case the cracked engine mounts needed to be replaced. We understand that this type of issue is difficult to find in a car that runs smoothly and only becomes clear when the engine mounts soften after driving the car. Since the warranty we got with the car did not cover the issue, we contacted Dan. He took full responsibility and solved the issue in a professional way, even while he was on holidays in New Zeeland. After that, everything went smooth and we have been enjoying traveling around Australia! Thanks a lot freedom campers team!! We would definitely recommend people to go there and take a look. We had an amazing experience buying a campervan from Freedom Campers. We decided to go for a Toyota Hiace , it had a new fitout (which is amazing by the way) and it is perfect mechanically. Dan has been very helpful, we even had a little problem with the A.C. after buying the Van , and Dan fixed it without any hesitation.Totally recommend them and if I would have to buy another campervan I know who I would trust.

We booked a Toyota Hiace for 10 days at Freedom Campers and it definitely was the right decision. The customer service was great. Dan was really nice, gave us from the beginning a good feeling and had a fast response time to all matters we had. The van was in perfect conditions. Especially the equipment, which was already in the camper, was all you need on such a trip.
