Abba Caravans

I have bought several caravans from Abba Caravans including a Jayco Caravan the other day.I have watched them grow from when they first started operating in Rockingham til now and how they have expanded and flourished over the years. I have got to know most of the family starting with Ian then Chris and recently James. It is a family run business and the care and attention I received from them is second to none. They are always friendly, courteous and willing to do their utmost to ensure that the customer is fully satisfied with their purchase and the after sales service they receive .I congratulate Abba Caravans on their wonderful service and wish them many more prosperous years ahead. Abba Caravans would undoubly be the best caravan sales and service people we have come across. Chris and all his staff are always there if you need advice or help. Chris has just sold a van for my brother who passed away without using his new van, it wasn't there usual make but nothing was too much trouble, whereas the dealer it was purchased from didn't want to know us. . We bought our first (second hand) caravan from Abba. The sales people were great. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful. Of course the test is always the after sales service which we have found has been great. The van was fully workshop checked prior to handover and then they spent over 2 hours going through all the things to know for newbie owners. Then after we could ring them with questions and I have rang. They have been very helpful. Only found one problem and they fixed it on the spot not problems. We would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful

We tried to go local! Needed repairs to our van. Took to ABBA photos taken etc. Told we would receive quote never happened. After numerous calls and face to face chats still no quotes. Only interested in selling new vans!!

Found the Battery was not original on my new silver valley caravan we picked up in AprilThe battery had been replacedThey took my word that the battery was not replaced since we had the van.And replaced it with the correct battery.Great service and I also purchased a second batteryThanks ABBA caravans
