Excellent service, right from driving in the gate and being directed to parking, Phil knew our names, spent the time required to problem solve our fridge issues. He instructed us on clearing error messages. His knowledge and helping us to navigate how the fridge works are much appreciated.Problem solved. Thanks.

We inherited a Rear-view camera set up on the 2nd hand 4wd and Caravan that we bought (in different places). I needed to find adaptor cables to hook the car up to the van. I spent about 2 hours ringing Caravan dealers, caravan spares and auto spares shops without success until I rang Mandurah caravan and RV. Instantly helpful to say the least. We drove 50 kms each way to pick up Exactly what we needed. The Lady we dealt with could not have been more helpful and knew just what we needed. Great friendly service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

The team are very friendly and helpful. I needed wheel bearing adjustments for an inspection and they arranged to do it immediately while I was there. I will continue to use the services and accessories available.

We are interstate travellers and had a potentially dangerous problem with the caravan brakes. That was explained to the staff on ringing and although they were flat out still invited to come in and see what could be done!. Phil came out we discussed the issue, after leaving the van a few hours later the problem(s) were located and resolved.Thankyou very much for the service and professional help to the whole team

Nothing but praise for Mandurah RV after buying a new $130K van which had major issues form the start that the manufacturer messed US around big time they stepped up and did all the repairs and laid out lots of $$$ to fix the issues even though it took a long time to remedy (months) which was down to the Manufacturer not Mandurah RV it has all been fixed a big thank you to the Owner Colin, Service manager Phil, Jess and all the workshop team.Highly recommend them
